I generally wake up at 4:30 but since I slept late, I woke up around 5:30 AM.
I completed by entire exercise, yoga and pranayam regime that takes around 1.5 hours.
I am feeling very distracted due to several reasons which is affecting the performance at work. So from today I will use the forest app to make sure I track my time better.

Tomorrow I will maintain a time logger to track my productivity and post it here
I have failed again as usual, nothing seems to change. Decades have passed but I am still going in circles and circles. So I decided to take my time and understand the real reasons why its so difficult for me to get out of this. I took a break from my office and studies, read multiple books, watched youtube videos, pondered over my past failures and mistakes.
I zeroed in on one single reason for this addiction and that is losing the seriousness and intensity with every passing day. The attitude one has on Day#0 goes down exponentially in most of the cases, making him spirally going down and relapsing ultimately.
What if everyday is treated like Day#0? I guess then no one would relapse ever. But its easier said than done. And onething that can be instrumental in doing it, would be to track every single day. So going forward I will be tracking my every single day on two parameters:
- Did I finish all the tasks? Tasks keep us busy and help transmutation to certain extent.
- Did the hate towards PMO (OR vairagya in general) increase? I think this is the most improtant parameter. With every passing day the feeling of Vairagya must increase, the subconsious mind should increasingly get hardwired with pure sattvic thoughts, the reverence for women folk must increase and the hype around bodily pleasures steadily reduced.
The ways to increase the Vairagya are consistent involvement with God and frequent self talk (affirmations) involing deploration of the bodily pleasures.
Having incorporated these two things, I start my one last journey towards victory!!
Wish me luck friends.

Was feeling lonely and bored, having urges, so installed tinder… my prevous tinder expereinces were horrible so I uploaded fake pics, got a match and started chatting. But as usual, girls dont repond actively they take their own time…and this made me realise what a jobless guy I was being… wasting the most precious resource i.e. time for these so called chics… I just recalled why I started this whole journey of nofap… and why I was doing the same mistake … so deleted my account, unistalled this crap. Did mantra chanting and was back to normal…
Guys beware !! these dating apps are just for boosting the ego of chi** and trampling upon the self esteem of guys (especially like me).
