I generally wake up at 4:30 but since I slept late, I woke up around 5:30 AM.
I completed by entire exercise, yoga and pranayam regime that takes around 1.5 hours.
I am feeling very distracted due to several reasons which is affecting the performance at work. So from today I will use the forest app to make sure I track my time better.

Yesterday was a perfect day in all aspects. I woke up on time. Did you my work with full dedication. Hope to continue the same.
