Don’t put a space between the stars. They have to be right next to the word. You can also put them in italics with one star and bold italics with 3

Completed all the goals today only que.remained for solving of goc 1 which I will do later . Did meditation in the morning and night , but couldn’t find time to do exercise today as i went to the dental clinic and it took 3 hrs. there :grimacing:

Productivity wise a good day… completed 3 of the 4 chapters kept as today’s goal till now…will see if i can complete the chapter or a part of it because I am feeling sleepy . Did meditation , yoga , exercise , 7 + hrs study today…wait wait I got urges in the afternoon even i searched for the telegram channel BUT, THANK GOD neither i got any of those shitty channels nor any explicit image …I gained my counsioness in the time and uninstalled the telegram …i could have relapsed but I gained control over myself and closed it… feeling really happy that I didn’t relapsed…one more thing I think I relapse is that I study alone upstairs and that is why I relapse mostly at during study at my study table and to tackle this problem I made a drawing a :fire: BAJRANGBALI :fire::muscle: and have pasted it in front of me so that if the urges come to me I can look at that drawing and fear him at the same time take inspiration from him …

Telegram is full of triggering content . Delete it if it’s not important for ya , but if it’s important for you , you need to have very good self control … Meditation can help you a lot in having control over yourself .

Study wise a very good day… although I couldn’t complete the challenge of 10 hr study bcoz relatives came today but i managed to study 8+ hrs . Did yoga , exercise , meditation. Also I tried to watch same shitty channels on telegram but immediately closed them and uninstalled telegram …i am fearing that I might relapse because of telegram …also I cannot delete it because i need it for studies…give me any suggestion if you have about this thing…:fire::fire:

I watched porn and edged for a while but then i closed it … should i reset my timer I am fearing that if I reset than I will do full relapse…what should I do??

U should reset the timer cuz it will provide a sense of accountability if u don’t then u repeat the same thing again & u will relapse sooner or later.

You just relapsed and let’s take an example that relapse burned 4 dopamine receptors in your brain how does it matter whether you reset your counter or not , the damage has been done …
If u don’t reset counter or you do, your 4 receptors has been burned already coz of relapse.

Ya i know that the damage has been done and i don’t want to take that damage to next level that is why i think i should not reset it …as resetting it will lead me to a full relapse…

So after thinking about this …i think @Gaelyang bro u are right …the most important rule of nofap is no pmo and i have broke it so i am resetting my timer … and eventually i have relapsed after almost 5 days …this time I am not promising this and that rather my actions will speak themselves …

Did yoga, exercise, meditation but study not more than 3 hrs. Used mobile a lot today . Nothing much imp about today rather than i broke my streak , again have to start from day 0 . The lesson which I got today is that I need to have control over my mobile usage , it will be best for both my studies and nofap. :fire:
