Productive during the Day
I had a productive day today. I studied the Bible from 4:22 am to 5:03 am. I Exercised for 22 minutes and 15 seconds. Later in the day I played NASCAR '15 Victory Edition. I watched several movies as well to entertain myself and keep me focused.
15 minutes of stillness in the sun
I took this time to focus on how far I have come in this journey. I prayed to God during this 15 minutes. I prayed for guidance and direction for my life. I prayed also for strength to remain strong in the Lord and also to not relapse.
No Relapse
24 hours without a relapse. By God’s grace I made it through this day. Another day free and another day to worship God.
