How to reduce the chaser effect after a relapse?
I reduce it -
1- keeping my phone far away from me (switch off and keep it 2 rooms away).
2- Use as many blockers as you can (minimum 3).
3- Take cold showers if possible for 2 days after relapse.
4- Do heavy workouts - Minimum for 1 day
5- If nothing goes right then just go near your mother and sleep on her LAP . You will defeat anything in the world by mother’s love
