I guess my best tip, is that you have to be willing to change. Itβs not as simple as this, as you may know. But the will has to be there , and may allah help me and all of us to change. The 30 + days was recent and I was so disappointed that I relapsed, so I decided not to fight this alone, may allah guide us all.

Absolutely brother. Itβs like impossible to relapse during fasting as relapse will break the fast. Also, it is super easy to level up our spirituality during Ramadan. The blessings from Allah plus the whole environment around us is really something.
