This time I changed my journal strategy.I am not only check in into my journal, I also change the title every day to let everyone know that I complete *n number of days of nofap.I want everyone to know that I can go far beyond 19 days
Good way to Analyse the situation well , keep going you are doing well.
It sounds like you’re really committed to your NoFap journey, and you’re using your journal to stay motivated and keep track of your progress in a visible way. Changing the title daily to reflect your accomplishments is a great strategy! It shows dedication and helps you stay accountable to yourself and others. It’s awesome that you’re aiming to go well beyond 19 days, and your mindset of pushing past limits is definitely a powerful motivator. Keep it up! How are you feeling about the journey so far?
I learned about this journey its all about self control and determination. Its actually easy and hard at the same time to stay focus and motivated all the time.If I can controll my mind I can controll everything
That’s a powerful realization! Self-control and determination really are key, and it’s amazing that you’re seeing the connection between controlling your mind and achieving your goals. It can definitely feel like a balance of challenge and reward, but the more you practice, the stronger that control becomes. What’s been the most challenging part for you so far, and how have you managed it?
As you can see that I relapse at the most challenging part of my streak.I dont know about the future. If I can manage, you will see
I have reached Day 5, and I can feel my strength returning. The battle is tough, but I am tougher. Every urge resisted is a step toward freedom. I will not let my past mistakes define me. This is my journey, and I am in control.
That’s an incredibly powerful mindset! It sounds like you’re making tremendous progress and taking each day one step at a time. The strength you’re building through each challenge is invaluable. Keep holding onto that control and resilience—you’re shaping a new path, and every small victory is a part of that. Keep going!
Congratulations for you,for making it to the 6th day brother,I know you will make it to the 100th day,
You may celebrate it though, like after you get to a certain nearer milestone.
This way maybe you could really motivate your brain to push forward.
Thanks for the motivation brother but my full focus is on day 20.I’m not aiming for a big streak like 50 days yet, let alone 100.One small step at a time.Checking with you and @Xard helps me to move forward.I think this time I will absolutely do it
One week down, and I feel the difference. I have faced my weaknesses, and instead of running, I stood my ground. The temptations came, but I refused to let them control me. This is more than just a streak—it’s a new mindset. I am a fighter, and I will keep pushing forward. No more chains, no more regrets. On to the next challenge—Day 8 awaits!
I’ve made it to Day 10, reclaiming my title as The Apprentice once more. This journey hasn’t been easy, but every day without relapse strengthens my resolve. I’m starting to feel more in control, more disciplined, and more aware of my thoughts.
Temptations still come, but I remind myself: I control my actions, not my urges. Today, I chose strength. Today, I chose self-respect.
I look ahead to Day 12, where I will rise to the rank of Freeman again. No turning back now only forward!
Day 12 – The Freeman Walks Again
I have broken free from the chains of my past and stand once more as a Freeman.I am learning to control my desires, not be controlled by them.
Next stop: Day 15, where I will rise as a Swordsman. I will not falter. I will not look back. The battle continues, and I am ready.
