I made a big mistake and I dont know what to say but I relapse again.I relapse a lot and I dont wanna let everyone know how many times I relapse. One thing I say is that enough is enough. I will make a hard promise here to everyone in this community that “I swear to everyone in this community that I will not relapse anymore”
I was a member of this community long time ago.But Today I begin again as IronWill1000. I may have stumbled, but I refuse to stay down. I have learned from my mistakes, and this time, I will be even stronger. Every day, I will prove to myself that I am in control. My past does not define me and my actions today do. Let’s go.
Okey I passed the Day 1 but its not a big deal for everyone and I did it quite a lot but from yesterday I start a new journey here and swear to everyone that I will not relapse from today.I will keep my promisses.
This is the suggestion that I got from chatgpt
How to Win Day 2
Stick to your rules – No phone in the bathroom. No scrolling at night. Prepare for urges – Expect them, and when they come, immediately switch activities. Stay busy – If you’re idle, your brain will wander to bad places. Remind yourself of the bigger goal – You’re not just quitting, you’re building a stronger mind and body.
One step at a time I am not feeling the urge today but as a day-2 migrant I have to be careful now I have to look for a better opportunity which is “passing 3 days”
Check in Day-4.Thanks to chatgpt for the motivation.
Now onto Day-5
How to Win Day 5: Stick to your rules—no phone in the bathroom, no “just one look.” Stay busy—keep your mind occupied with productive activities. Keep journaling—it’s your secret weapon for long-term success.
Thank you for the suggestion. This quote helps me stay grounded. Let me know if you find any other quotes or motivational information to stay out from urges and nofap
