I made a big mistake and I dont know what to say but I relapse again.I relapse a lot and I dont wanna let everyone know how many times I relapse. One thing I say is that enough is enough. I will make a hard promise here to everyone in this community that “I swear to everyone in this community that I will not relapse anymore”

Okey I passed the Day 1 but its not a big deal for everyone and I did it quite a lot but from yesterday I start a new journey here and swear to everyone that I will not relapse from today.I will keep my promisses.

This is the suggestion that I got from chatgpt

How to Win Day 2

:one: Stick to your rules – No phone in the bathroom. No scrolling at night.
:two: Prepare for urges – Expect them, and when they come, immediately switch activities.
:three: Stay busy – If you’re idle, your brain will wander to bad places.
:four: Remind yourself of the bigger goal – You’re not just quitting, you’re building a stronger mind and body.

Well, I passed 2 days and a migrant now.

One step at a time I am not feeling the urge today but as a day-2 migrant I have to be careful now I have to look for a better opportunity which is “passing 3 days”

Here’s what dopamine REALLY is, how it hijacks your brain, and how to stop it from killing you

Completed Day 5.This journey is no longer just about nofap, it’s about self-discipline, control, and becoming the best version of myself.
