I am 30 and no fap from last week,
Tried in 2008 ,but i was young and no Android phones that time (nokia N95) ,
Than I tried in 2012 it was positive i came from 3 times a day to 1 fap ,it took me 2 -3 months,
Tried in 2016 - highest of 1 week ,that was a nightmare,
Than in 2018 - my highest of 32 days😊,
Now this time my all goals r completed i am orthopedic surgeon( md) ,
So this is my only target , and i will succeed i know , i have faced many challenges , let’s see
