Hello i am Sem 22 and had a long porn addiction. Not just porn just masturbation in general. I have just done 3 years in prison where i as u may believe wacked a lot of loads. Average 4,5 a day big ones. And now i am in a rehab clinic for my coca addiction. That i gotten because i thaught i was already crazy so just do coke too. And now i start 7 days a go one relapse 2 days ago. And about that i have a question for you. So i stopped fappin and then i thaught why dont look at porn too train my mind too watch it whithout jacking off. Then i didn t jack off but was very stimulated and paranoid and walked a little bit. But then i god back to my room and couldnt hold it no more. So my question what do yall think about watching porn too learn too resist it? Obviously i disrecomment it. Peace from Holland

You have to Stop watching β– β– β– β–  If you want to become free from Masturbation addiction. β– β– β– β–  is one of the most dangerous drug in the world.
β€’ I recommend you to install some blockers to block the access to adult content like Blockerhero, bull dog blocker, BlockerX, etc.
β€’ Don’t use screen things too much like mobile laptop, etc and try to indulge in physical activities.
β€’ Spend time in doing something that you likes like sports, making friends, family time, anything you like.
β€’ Don’t count days !! Just make your lifestyle free from β– β– β– β–  and masturbation.
β€’ Plan your day and work accordingly (even if you will follow around 60-100% of your to do list then it’s a great work).
β€’ And Last thing YOU HAVE TO BE MENTALLY STRONG and HAVE A STRONG WILL POWER

β– β– β– β–  is the most common reason for Masturbation. This is now considered a dual addiction. If you want to stop Masturbation you must stop Watching β– β– β– β–  first.
