urges - kher urges jaisa to kuch feel nahin hua bas kabhi kabhi thoughts hath se nikalne lagte hai , mind kuch visualise karna start kar deta hai fir mujhe ehsaas hota hai toh main us thought ko deny karne ke jagah par usko modify kar deta hoon taaki kam se kam specifically woh thought to mujhe wapis pareshaan na kare.

urges - no urges at all
kabhi kabhi kuch thoughts aane ka try karte hain mind mein (just like notifications in smartphones) or main bas apni breath pe focus karta hu taaki breath jesi pahle chal rahi thi vesi hi chalti rahe and fir bhi aisa kuch halka sa bhi feel hota hai to mind ko kehta hoon ki abhi jo kar raha hai wo karta reh , jo bhi thought aaya h mind mein usko 30 minutes baad dekhege. and urge pata nahin kaha kho jaati h itna sab sunke
maine yeh sab type kiya because in any case agar yeh kisi ki help kar payega to mujhe bahut khushi hogi (or khudke liye bhi ki kahin main khud bhul jau ki urge se kaise deal karni hai to yeh padke yaad aa jayega)

Today - clean day
Iāve stopped counting days from today, itās enough for me to have a clean day. Whether itās day 1 or day 100, itās just a day. i believe, counting the days puts unnecessary pressure on us. (atleast in my case)
Iām thinking of making a little change in the daily routine, letās see how it goes.

I was out for the last two days, and was also quite busy so i couldnāt follow the routine and habits.
i didnāt post it because there was nothing special to tell, but i have started waking up early in the morning these days, so i canāt call them completely unproductive.
And nowadays there is a lot of extra energy in the body, i can feel it, so to use it,
i have also started running in the morning
Letās see how it goes.
Today
Iām getting mild urges since morning. Urges are not very light but are also not uncontrollable. And in all this, the morning routine is helping me a lot.
