i was depressed about my relationship. starting to do stupid things that I was regretting. i do really love her and i dont want us to over but i dont know how to be a good man for her. i myself not really understand the whole relationship is. i need help

Start small.
You can just try to say one nice thing to her everyday. Observe her and be genuine. And soon those things will start to come out even in front of her friends.

If she treats you like shit move on my friend don’t waste your life but if she is warm and loving then work it out ,say nice thing to her and show her that you love her.
