Ever since I messed up on my 14day streak I have gone down a downward spiral went through a horrible depressive state of mind for a couple of days but now I’m back happier and gonna do it.
I believe in myself once again and gonna do better than before.
14days is not small streak, even I have tried till 17above it takes lot of effort and dedication & we should be genuine (don’t lie) to ourselves. Great streak 
You will do better only if you don’t allow yourself to do what you did in last Relapse. This is the way we learn.
