I'm dreaming again, but they are dreams about relapse

@frozen_otter
I just read your post about how you started dreaming again. I was so happy to read about your experience and how you handled it because that same exact thing has happened to me the last few days.
Does anyone have advice on things to do, maybe just before going to bed, to help avoid these “relapse dreams”?

Well, Dreams of relapsing reflects two things in yourself, first it conveys how pornograghy is rooted in you, the second one is that there is a change occurs in.
There is a theory that dreams of relapsing is a mechanism of defense against quitting, it also happens with alcoholics.
Now, here are some practical steps, avoid using your cell phone before bed, and you can also talk about your feelings or emotions before going to bed with someone.
You should know that these dreams -like urges- are temporary.
Good luck with your journey.

It’s very common. It is a sign that your brain is getting rewired and you are healing. Don’t act on them as they seem very real and one might consider them relapse, but they are not. There is no set method to reduce them, just that, avoid triggers as much as possible.
