No one here will set the rules for you. You’re the only one who sets your priorities and methods, nobody will judge you. Now if I can give you my personal perspective, I think it’s better if you can cut out everything sexual related for quite some time in order to rewire your brain, however, I think that having sex on your first days can have some benefits, like less urges. If you wanna do it I personally don’t think it’s bad, the choice is yours.

If you want to have sex with someone, it doesn’t count as a masturbation. First, you don’t do it with your hand (if we can say it) and sex is normal in our lives. If you really can’t hold it anymore, do it, if you want to.
