Just Relapsed 4 hours ago,
Sexual Urges are haunting me now. I dont want to relapse in a row. Everytime i go for long streaks and relapse… then i fap 3 or 4 times same day. How to break this circle. i dont want to relapse anymore

Addiction needs therapy you need to find something to run too so you wint think of fapping again. For me it was gaming now its doing pushups i do 100 everyday. FIND YOUR MEDICINE. JUST DONT OBEY THE PORN INDUSTRY LIKE A SLAVE.

Bro I’ve had such «curses» in my NoFap experience. For example, I ised to relapse just before going out with my friends, at the precise moment where I would have liked to fap the least. But its all in your head. Once you realise that there is no such curse, you will be stronger. Believe me, its just a trick of your mind to get you masturbating again. Stay strong and beat this addiction. You can do it.

I am not eligible to lecture you here bro… because I myself used to fap 2-3 times… when I Relapsed. This is one of the reasons I stopped fapping… but, bro be strong man. There is no shame on falling… the shame is never getting up - Japanese proverb.

If you were on a decent streak like 30+ days i would say you didn’t drain your body that much and you wouldn’t see the side effects that you used to see when you fap regularly so keep moving on and learn from that relapse so you could accomplish a longer streak this time

I know what it exactly feels bro i can relate to this , my last streak was 65 days and was aiming for 90 days hardmode…felt down and depressed af but didn’t fap twice or more in a row as i used to do in my previous streaks that’s the one thing which differed this time…stay strong n keep hustlin :muscle:

Change dns servers to:
1. 208.67.222.123
2. 208.67.220.123
Disable google chrome browser and install spin browser(on android)

Turn off that fucking router for a couple of days you will feel better!
