I gave my brain the dopamine for which its been craving by watching hot pics , so I decided not to fool myself and to reset my counter . I’m happy didn’t ejaculate .

Now I know my weak points , that even a single hot pic or video even if it’s not P , it would eventually give my brain dopamine .
