I relapsed after 225 days. Need some advice

@Roads_to_purity I saw fit tuber’s video for this, first you have to avoid any kind of sexual stimulation or peeking.
Then to decrease the body heat wash your feet with cold water before sleeping, apply mustard oil on them (can skip this if you don’t feel like), then finally chant some mantra along with a little bit of meditation before going to sleep to remove any kind of negative vibrations.

Bro bro bro i can definitely help you in this matter
I earlier made a streak of 122 days
Let me tell u when I crossed 50 days and in between 60 days I used to have nightfall after every 2 days
I also relapsed but that is the point where recovery starts
A person guided me in this and I didn’t have any nightfall for near about 40 days (more than a month)
But in middle phase of flatline I relapsed
Read this everyone dont relapse if u observe to many nightfalls
It is the way of body and mind to reset itself

Just don’t relapse and try to eat less food in your dinner
Also before going in bed go for a 15-20min of walk
And do not drink water before going to bed before this can cause nf.

It’s not easy, I understand you. You cannot decrease the amount of times that it happens without using all your energy in another daily activities. It used to happen to me every month, nowadays I have almost every three months. After some years sometimes I don’t see when it happens just after I wake up, but when I see it I deal better because it’s a normal thing. My doctor suggest me to avoid some foods that may increase the chances of having more nightfalls, I can share if you want, but in general I would recommend that you consider to look at your daily habits. I don’t know if it might help you, there are things that may be different for you to the detriment of what happened to me.

Please :pray: suggest the tips as advised by your doctor. I guess it should help as well. And regarding my habit, I usually do jogging tor about 20- 30 minutes in the morning and then some mild workout after that. Then I started to study from 8 am to 12 pm. After 1 pm,I need to do my office work,and it usually ended up around 8 pm. You say in such a busy schedule if I get wet dream,all of my energy is exhausted and I feel very tired throughout the day. Please suggest me what shall I do ?.I will be owe to you for your suggestions if they work out for me

Hey there! I’ve won over nocturnal emissions for the last one year. My advice to you is to follow some tips and put them in use:
1.Bath once in morning and once in evening(around7-8PM). The first keeps your urges down in the daytime, while the latter relaxes your body and in my experience is the best remedy to beat nightfall.
2. Don’t sleep face down. Your reproductive organ shouldn’t rub against the mattress, as it may give rise to lustful feelings. Wear extra layer of clothes, if you want to, to ensure extra protection from this.
3. Don’t drink milk just before going to bed. It leads to nightfalls.
4. Stop fantasizing about sex in your mind.
5. Prepare a diet chart with high protein and anti-oxidant intake. Stick to it.
6. Make sure you pee before going to bed. Full bladders in sleep also lead to nightfalls.
7.Stop porn use altogether. Remember you have control over your conscious mind. You can choose to feed your mind with thoughts of love, joy, laughter, and success. Choose life! Choose love! Choose success! Every time.
