When you are 10+ days into NoFap, you actually start to crave alcohol less. Does this happen to anyone else or is it just me?

Most of us don’t consume alcohol here ig , so it might not be relatable for them . If there are , then they should reply .

Its because your brain is rewiring to less dopamine hormones which makes u feel good …alcohol is high dopamine the best pleasure is coming to less with time …you will start feeling good in little things …just like high consuming tobbaco cigratte one start using less tobacco ciggrate and then with time.no crave for addiction
Yes that does happen also ur craving for many other substances related to giving you high reduces
