relasped 2 times i feel like im the biggest loser on the earth ive been trying and failing over and over i dont know what do it keeps pushing me back i tried doing anthing i can to stop, i enalbed parental controls on my network i dealeted all socal media i clicked forget on the network i use to edge and watch p but nothing works its like a magnet after a relapse i realaize what i have done and feel guilty but after about 3 days i start to forget that its bad for me and start to edge and eventally relapse. i dont think i can do it ive tried for over 15 times and keep relapsing i dont know what to do
Start writing a Diary and note down all things about your previous relapse.
• Then figure it out what are the triggers.
Ex: watching youtube, fb , instagram or tv.
• What are the situations which arouse such feelings.
Ex: when you are alone, in morning or at bedtime at night, in shower.
• Then figure out a way to avoid these situations and triggers.
Change your daily habits. Start new habits. Make a goal. Work on it. Sit with your family & friends. Change yourself completly.
Do Yoga and breathing excercises. Do dhand baithak in evening. Take a cold shower. Punish your self for your sins by doing the work which is not comfortable for you.
First month is Hell. Do anything to cross this hurdle man. Life is already short so move your ass.
Thanks man for the advice but youtube is my trigger but i also use to to view content i enjoy ( that is not erotic ) like gaming videos and all that stuff and i spend most of my time on in it. What do i do in this situiation ?

one thing i wanna ad,
don’t just avoid all triggers. it’s not feasable in a longterm view.
lern why youtube triggers you and than change that.
in my case i started watching interesting stuff then i changed to randomly binge watching till i got bored and then i changed to porn.
so now i changed my habit that i only open youtube if i wanna watch something particular. after watching this thing i close it again

Uninstall youtube or block it.
Reduce your phone usage.
When using phone use it sitting with family.
Blocking everything may not work bro. U can have everything locked and still fall into the trap of masturbation, coz it is stored in your mind. Just take everyday one at a time. Every hour be conscious. Observe the things which triggered you to masturbate, and don’t repeat it.
One last thing, it is a hit and trial method bro. U fail , U rise. U fail again, U rise again.
When you go onto Youtube instead of watching game videos “always”, try watching motivational videos on Quitting PMO. There are Lots! Note that I’m not telling you yo quit watching game videos.
Since you decided to change and practise quitting PMO addiction, have you had idea on how it would go on? Urges? relapses? methods to succeed at quitting and moving on with least chances of urges, relapses and edging? I would guess “no”; same is for almost all of us. That’s the reason it is advised to learn about “How to…” first… take some time out or BEST- whenever you are having your free time, utilise it to watch those motivational videos. Note down what steps do they advise there… Imagine how it would help if you tried those steps, make changes accordingly.
The Journey is good but we have lots to learn to stabilise ourselves.

That seems true but still when i usually dont have nothing to do i go and watch gaming and tech videos and stuff if i dont spend my time watchint utube i dont know where else to spend it and that is the problem with me…
True i triee blocking everthing i can but when the urge comes i go back and disable everthing i blocked so i could use it again to edge or relapse. Since im the one in control i could disable enable etc, which like you guys said i need to find a better way of manging my time and keep me busy. Cheers brother
Every relapse i go through i learn from my mistakes and i do i dealted every thing that could trigger me youtube is the only thing i have left which i spend most of my time on it. I even enabled restriced mode which will make anything that is inproparate diaapper and can not be viwed but when the urge comes i end up with finding away to relapse…
Then don’t enable “restricted mode” on Youtube. Instead test yourself on restricting. Make yourself stronger- strong will power
FYI, I don’t have restricted mode activated on my youtube because if that happens, then the mind will be without restriction. Instead, I learnt from many other experienced long streak No PMO companions to make mind stronger.
Don’t worry, it takes time but most important is you make effort.
I also did the same bro… Block everything just after fapping, and unblock everything when a slight urge comes, and edge to it and finally masturbate to it. It’s a vicious cycle bro.

You can wash your dishes, clean your room, read a book, water your plants, many things to do.
You have to force yourself into work which you dont want to do. It is the only trick to help built discipiline into your life.
