I read about it on a christian website. They say body takes care of its on its own.
Beside this i too have experienced this myself but not after some sexual thoughts. Generaly during taking a piss some semen washes away.
It is very hard to tell if it is fresh semen or old semen. But whatever it is. It is good for you.
I too gets sexual thoughts. I am still finding a solution for that. Maybe meditation can help. Maybe some Yoga can do the trick.
