I’m having an exam in 45days , and whenever I sit to study I get urges and it makes me difficult to focus… I’m thinking of doing M , while I will avoid all kind of digital stuff to do M(Medium mode of nofap(. And once I’m done with my exam , I’ll be back on nofap hardmode.is it a good idea?

U know how are you going to feel if u fap.
You are just trying to take away that guilt from you and blame it on someone else so that when u do it u dont feel bad about yourself.
