I had sex with my partner on my 5th day going on. i will not count it as relapse as its natural and i have not used Porn or fap for pleasure.

There are different modes of nofap I think
Normal mode - sex doesn’t count as a relapse, watching porn and fapping does
Hard mode - sex too counts as a relapse along with watching porn and fapping
Monk mode - any single thought about sex counts as a relapse. (I think people who are very expert can only do this)

All true, but according to the NoFap forum, monk mode and hard mode is the same. We possibly cannot live without any sexual thoughts once we hit puberty bro. Monks have learned to transmute the sexual energy to insanely develop their lives. Monk/hard mode - no fap, no ■■■■, no ejaculating at all. Total sperm retention and sexual thoughts require total transmutation.
Also, it’s our choice which mode of NoFap we commit to. Easy mode is also there, but not at all recommended. @bondjems84 sex with partners is allowed. it’s pmo we need to destroy in our lives. just don’t fall to chaser effect, control your mind and you will be fine.

I think I was going through hard mode all the time
Not monk mode
For 18 days, I allowed sexual thoughts to come up in my brain
Until I realized that if I keep giving them space in my mind I won’t last for long. After that I eliminated about 95% of them. Still 95%, sometimes the thoughts do come but I push them back. Although two days back I was so depressed and so pissed that I did let them flow into my mind. I was not strong enough. I personally don’t think this should be called monk mode because monks are extremely pure and devoid of everything. That’s the definition of monk. Extreme control over self. They don’t stagger, don’t fall back. Emotionally unbreakable.

Agreed. I know all of us can make it because we have decided to make it. We are taking daily action to reach that position right? Now, some might tak more than others. It’s just a matter of when bro, just a matter of time for us. Stay strong!

the guy is talking abt Brahmacharya i guess. Thats way far supreme than a NoFap. NoFap is not about celibacy but about PMO. Only PMO. Brahmacharya is a complete lifestyle of a celibate. And yeah sexual thought are not mandatory. Swami Vivekananda once said that he had not encountered a single sexual thought in his lifetime.

I am doing noFap because sex and marriage were created by God. And He wants us to enjoy the experience. I also want to enjoy such relationships but under the guidelines given by Him( which is sex within marriage).
Anything else like PMO is a distortion of this.
No offense to anyone intended.
So personally I would not count it at relapse.
