Do you know the case where when a woman is tied to a regret, the pain amplifies the excitement in thinking about her? I am going through this. It is extremely difficult to get through this day. Brother I can understand from what you’re going through. To tackle this addiction you need to first realize, what you truly wants like what you aspire to be? and what you want in life, and how you think you’ll achieve those dreams, and for whom you want all this and really want to change yourself? What you expect from life? why you want to do nofap?
Now write down everything I will help you.
