I’m going to be here more often from now on and I’m going to continue focusing on my journey to becoming a better man. While I was away, there were a few setbacks, but despite the setbacks, I kept on getting back up, and ive been keeping myself committed to nofap this whole time, my average has been 3 weeks, which is an improvement for me, today I had relapsed after 20 days, but that was because of being hungover from my friends 18th birthday party, which I take full responsibility over. How has everyone here been while I was away? Also I already know there are already some people from one of the nofap discord servers.
