I’m in the US and have been hearing about a huge storm in India this week. I know many of you are in India and just wanted to check in. How are you all doing? How are your family and friends? What is happening in India right now? Sending you all thoughts of protection and safety.

Hurricane impacted just a minor part in India. Government took all required steps to safeguard people.

The cyclone (cyclone Fani) affected coastal areas of one of the states of India. A very large number of people living in those regions were affected, but from the news it seems that large scale evacuation efforts that were undertaken were completed efficiently and effectively. However, infrastructure has been badly damaged and there have been at least some casualties. Thank you for your concern!
