Huge Headache on no PMO

Hello,

I’m currently on my 10th day of no PMO after 6 month of worst days, now I can able to see some physical and mental changes in me. But the main problem is, I’m having this frequent heavy headache it’s killing me not letting me to sleep at all.

I can able to control my urges very well. But this headache is the main problem now, is there any way to deal with this?

For example my parents when they was quiting of addiction of coffe also experienced headache.

Just let go … its temporary… a withdrawl symptom.

Go for painkillers for instant relief…or meditation for overall benefits

If it is truly from no fap it won’t be last forever.

It’s due to flat line.it’s will go on 20 th day.
Do something facanats you. Which will release dophamin. headache will vanish.

I have started doing some basic exercise before going to bed and my headache as gone a bit.

Do something that will relax you.
Also drink lots of water.
Try to get fresh air.
