How to stop bringing Phone in the Toilet?

I think that the main trigger is having your phone conveniently with you when you go to the toilet.

How do i stop this habit? and what other methods of showering in the toilet can we try to prevent ourselves from touching ourselves.
I know of cold showers and short showers.

Simply just leave it outside, it’s not necessary and will usually lead to a relapse. Im doing that, it could be tempting but don’t give in.
