How to improve my self

How to overcome these problems
1-i am 27 year but my weight is only 52 kg.
2-no friends feeling alone.
3-weakness
4-weak heart (fear in life related to married life)
5-very thin and less attraction to society.
6- overthinking mostly daily
7-fear when talk to someone
Overall main reason is weakness and overthinking means stress

I’m assuming that PMO has given you all 7 of these problems. Well, you came to the right place.

Since you are trying to improve your life, here are some tips.

1.) Meditate on your purpose in life. Do you have any goals? Where do you see yourself in 5, 10, 20+ years from now? What are you aiming for? What do you want to change and why?

2.) Delete social media from your life. Social media consumes valuable time, time that could be spent bettering yourself. Not to mention all the garbage people post on a daily basis.

3.) Eliminate the Porn and stop Masterbating. Porn and Masterbation is a Psychological Poison. As you ejaculate while watching porn, your brain :brain: is getting a dopamine overdose all while you waste your semen and lose testosterone. The lost of testosterone will cause you to become depressed, anxious, fearful, weak, emotional and stressed. Plus Brain fog.

4.) Eat healthy and exercise!!! You need to gain weight. You’re unhealthy. I recommend that you take in a lot of protein and eat plenty of vegetables. Also, find a gym to go to. If you can’t find a gym, start working out from home.

5.) Find a hobbies. You want to use your time wisely while doing Nofap. Do something productive and creative.

6.) Take Cold Showers. This will help you fight off the urges.

7.) Get some sleep. A goodnight sleep will refresh you and increase your testosterone levels

8.) Go outside and get some fresh air. Go for walk and get some vitamin D.

9.) Limit your time on the internet. 30 minutes or less. Stay away from triggers, naked or half naked pics of women.

10.) Drink plenty of water. Stay Hydrated.

I hoped this helped.

Thanks for advice but i want fast recovery

Nothing happens overnight. Recovery takes time.

Be patient and the results will come.

@Nick9 very aptly explained

@rjv092 If you see point 5 it asks you to develop habits the best habit is to read books , ebook you can read about how other people from different parts of the world deal with problems similar to you this will not only kill the time you save from social media but also impower you and help you develop coping skills and ways to learn from them also reading is like exercise for your brain a healthy brain will take better decisions

1 - Workout, sleeping, eating and stress releasing
2 - At 27 years old, if you are feeling alone it’s your fault! It’s, for sure, because during your life you haven’t taken time to develop an authentic interest for people.
3 - Workout, cold showers, Wim Hof breathing, stress releasing, meditation and doing something that scares you every day.
4 - You know what to do…
5 - Workout, developing a passion, developing interest for people.
6 - Stress releasing and meditation
7 - Developing authentic interest for people, meditation, stress releasing.

You don’t need our advice! Your problem is that you know exactly what you have to do in your life to improve yourself and feeling happier, BUT you don’t act.

Your solution for changing your life is MASSIVE ACTION! Change how you think, how you fell and how you behave.

Stop looking for a magic formula for spectacular and fast results … It does not exist.

Both @Nick9 and @FlowForCourage have given amazing advice.

The most important thing you need to do now @rjv092 is remember- you won’t become superman in a day. It’ll take months and years.

Do you think six packs come in a week? It took me 6 months of working out 5 days a week + sports to get them. And getting them is only half the battle- maintaining them is the other half. Same thing in life. Be patient, results will come.

Already you’re in nofap, that’s the first step.
