It depends upon your mindset…which type of mindset??? Ans: if you know the total concept of porn like it’s fake all the negative effect of porn DEEPLY… It takes some sec to get rid of porn…you have to gain a lot of knowledge about negative effect of porn…how our body reacts ?? How it’s a slow poison…those who are getting heart attack they are watching porn ,addicted to porn 10 to 15 years…you have to read a lot books …you have to change your daily routine…everything depends indirectly…you should maintain a proper goal…
