How many times you relapsed before completing your First week?

I’m failing again n again, I relapsed thrice with 2 days steak each. Please tell me

Past 1,5 year I could count on fingers of my hand the times I reached ~10 days. I hope it gives you insight. Although I know can do better. Im just not 100% commited.
