Hello guys! Can anybody tell me how long flatline lasts?
Iam 28 yrs M. 18 years of addiction…Flatline is really worst experience😭

Usually 2 weeks or sometimes month but it different for everyone. It depends how strong your addiction is. For some people it can last 1 week, for some 6 weeks but don’t worry, the avarage is around 2 weeks. Even if it becomes harder not to relapse during the flatline it’s actually the best part, that’s when your brain “resets”. If you ask me, after the flatline is when you loose the addiction (Obviously you could still feel urges but they’ll be weaker and weaker as time goes on)

It’s unpredictable. Depends on how long and how intense you were addicted to.
For my case when I had crossed over 30+ days I started to feel sudden drop of interest in almost everything. For me it last around 3 weeks

I will outlast this flatline. Bring your worst O Flatline. I am ready to get punched in the gut and i wont admit defeat. Bring it on!

Thankyou guys for sharing information@Alpaco @Roads_to_purity @NeverGiveup420 . Its already 18-19 days Iam going through flatline. My addiction was extreme level…18 years daily 2-3 times fapping to porn:sob:
I have developed many conditions like Hairfall…grey hair…severe lower back pain…permature ejaculation…premature aging…wrinkles On my face…Shrunken and weak eyes…phobias…mental cloudings…always sleepy and lethargic…loss of memory…week teeth…pale face…pimples and acne all over…no social life…always irritated and angry for no reasons…and a long list to go:sob:May be I have to go months or years through flatline…BUT I WONT GIVE UP. I HAVE TO FIGHT…I SHALL FIGHT…NOW NO OPTIONS LEFT.

2-3 times every day is bit extreme bro… Although I appreciate your determined but just as a friend,I would like to suggest to get socialized,get good friends, etc. Or at least if it is had for you to get socialized,at least trying doing vigorous exercises very early in the mornings,your mood will be lifted throughout the day, you would feel energetic and enthusiastic throughout the day.

What to tell bro!! Currently Iam living two lives. One is smart…stern…team leader…well groomed and an achiever with so many friends. Another is a loner…eccentric …no sense of humour…always very strict and rigid…even my collegues fear from me…such is my personality…but deep inside i feel always lonely…i feel guilt and ashamed always…i always hate myself…attempted suicides also…tried to chopp of my penis…and break my balls with bricks also…this is my condition…and i have no interests to make friends also…irony!!
Iam a very strict man in office …even my seniors get fearful of me…what to tell about my juniors…this is my condition…Plus…Physically Iam very weak…i can’t even run…i suffer from shortness of breath…always lethargic…once i joined gym but got fainted in the treadmill…Can you imagine the situation!!! But now…Iam supplementing with Iron…calcium and multivitamins…iam taking care of my body…hope after a month I can sit stably for PRANAYAMA…Then only after 5-6 months I think i shall be able to do some vigorous exercises.

For now I have nothing left except my will power and a burning desire to transform. But what i know is that this is not my final situation. With the power and purity of Brahmachary I shall be alive again. Currently iam a living corpse.
25 Days completed and I can see noticeable changes in me. And I feel that I shall be alive again!
