How I prevent a relapse

What I do to prevent my relapses is I make sure im around others and I’m socialize, I take cold showers, I meditate to balance out my emotions, I go to the gym and I focus on hobbies.
I don’t just use those techniques to prevent relapses, that stuff I mentioned is actually my lifestyle, I like to balance everything I mentioned out, it keeps me motivated/disciplined and it gives me a purpose to fulfill, If I neglect any of them, or theres an imbalance, that’s when a relapse can happen to me.
