Hi everyone. I was a chronic fapper for a long time (maybe even now! ). I recently got close to a girl and we tried to have sex. My penis which is usually very hard couldn’t stay strong for long time. I attribute this to my habits of watching porn and fapping. I stopped both and I was back to normal. I hope we all realize the potential bad effects of fapping and eradicate from our lives.

The more you fap and watch porn the more your parasympathetic nerve become weak… Weak nerve means less self control means your sex stamina will become very less…
The weird thing is that for me its the opposite…i didnt fap exessively but i always made sure i do it atleast 15-20 min and trqined myself to maintain…since nofap i feel like popping instantly
