I feel like I’m wierd in my struggle with PMO. I go for months at a time without relapsing and then when I get in a situation that is just a little difficult I just crumble and binge. I relapse 3 or 4 times in a 24 hour period. That will sometimes go on for several days sometimes a couple weeks and then I finally get back on track. How can I stop that cycle to where when I relapse I just relapse once and get back on the horse more quickly?

I wish I had an answer for you, but if anyone out there has any good ideas I’d love to here it too.
I’m going through that right now. Honestly I don’t know what to say but just to tell yourself enough is enough. After that you need to stop being alone as much as possible. You’re not likely to relapse when you’re engaged with others. Then have a coping to be strong when you are alone. Message me if you need to talk and add me my code is e13b3d.
