How do I be more comfortable with women's bodies and not focus on them "sexually"

God the title makes feels like a neckbeard. But this isn’t a discussion that I’m making to sound like a “coomer” or anything. However, it’s one that bugs me. I just feel like I’m focusing on the wrong parts &/or trying to have a conversation of “are you interested in me”. I want to get better with that, besides eye contact.

How do I do so?
