You need to stop feeding such things to your eyes and brain…
This self control… is not like… seeing ■■■■ and controlling the urge and not masturbating…
But its about our control on our eyes and brain so that we don’t get indulged in it and stay away from fantasizing…
Lets take an example…
You search something on youtube, you get the results… next day, you click on youtube… you already see the related videos about what you entered yesterday…
Brain is youtube… it will want things that you feed it through eyes… that’s why it starts imagination process when you abstain from ■■■■.
What do we do?? We clear the YouTube search history… we clear the cache…and donot feed the same words to the search bar…
Similarly… Clear your brain… clear the thought process and imagination process… (this will take time… don’t expect result immediately) then next step is to not feeding the same filth to the brain…and that requires self control.
That’s it…
Its a long process… you just have to sail through the storms in between… but never look back… because the storm doesn’t remains forever.
