And brother, dont hate youself because you relapsed. See brother, I have also relapsed a few hours ago, but I make necessary precautions and steps so that i wont repeat it again.

Bro it was the 6 th day of my streak .
I wake up at 4 in the morning an I did pmo.
Bro today it was my chest and tricep workout day.
And I did those bad things again.

I don’t know why I do these things again when there is no reason to do it.

Keep yourself indulge in different things, Find the hobby in which you are interested most. For me Gaming works best.
You won’t be able to be productive everytime in the day. Initial days are very tough and challenging. This will take time and failures. Don’t be sad, just start again.

I also love games but only of high graphics.
But at this movement I don’t have laptop.
I have pc but it have low graphics card.
