I’ve been in a long distance relationship for about a year. We used to be together before she went abroad to study. However there are a lot of times I’ve been wanting to have sex via internet with her. She’s not into that but there are times when she has agreed and started it. I liked it but I’m afraid I’m addicted to that now. I cannot talk a lot with her and I’m afraid I would waste that precious time looking for sexting and asking her to have sex. What do you think about this?

Dont make sex as a complusive disorder. It has its own significant place in life. We can live without sex. Just have some discipline in your life brethren. She is doing her thing. You should do yours.

Try to minimize your sexual fantasies and focus on other aspects of your relationship, such as conversation, ideas, friendship, kindness, joking, laughing, etc.
