Recently Relapsed because I watched Porn on uc browser.
I have Relapsed many times before joining this forum(Same way as I did today) I don’t know where I am going wrong?
I just want to stop this Masturbation habit.

I felt like my mind was jammed and I was not able to think properly but these scenes flashback(of P) reminds me to watch these videos

First of all, I want to tell that I am new to this forums to, but I have some experience fighting pmo addiction. Of course, I have relapsed many times too. Unfortunately, giving up porn is much harder than we can expect before trying it, so it is ok to fail sometimes. It’s not ok to stop fighting!
I would recommend you to read and study about the mechanism of pmo addiction: there are plenty of lists with books, podcasts and other stuff, which explains you deeply the way porn works. It will definitely help you to realise the importance of this problem.
Also, it is good to analyse your own behaviour. Right down every move, every thought that leads you to relapse. Think about it. Change your lifestyle in a way, which avoids this thoughts and behaviour. For example, you can lower your web activity to using internet only for your work and studies, because, unfortunately, social media is full of temptating materials.
Be smart and willfull. We all can beat it.

Since morning whenever I came online, I was jus readin the posts of people or sucess stories as others also suggested in their post

Incorporate a certain amount of discipline in your life brothers. Focus on the purpose of your life- write down your goals and work on them everyday, fill your time with most important things. Focus on those things that you have been putting off but always wanted to do.Meditation, exercise, affirmation etc are a must if you want to get rid of this in the long term. Read the stories of our brothers who are struggling with this addiction and have conquered this. That’ll give you motivation and the feeling that you are not alone. Above all, look at the urges in the eyes when it comes. Face them. Humans are built to face Challenges. Feel the pain till the urge go away. Thats the only way champions are made brothers. Struggle brings out the best in you.
