i was nofap 56day and a relapsed, after it a was 7day no fap, and 8day when i sleep i dream that i have sex, and a woke up in middle of night and i see sperm around but i didnt touch myself, after it i go to sleep.
when i was woke up i feel pain in my left testicle, all day i feel pain so i relapsed again and pain has disappeared.
after it i i go again in nofap mod and today 10day in nofap i have same weet dreams and woke up… etc…
now i feel pain in left testicle, what to do?

You have to ride it out my friend. Only thing to do. The pain will go away. Try a cold shower and let it run on your private. If the pain isnt gone within 3 days you should see a doctor. My bet is it will be gone in 24 hours.

thank you for advice, do you have maybe similar problem? or do you know maybe why its happening?

Ive had pain here and there but it never lasted more than 24 hours. Wear boxers and not tight underwear. Also sleep with really loose fitting pants. That will definitely help.
