The best help I can give you is to advise you to read this book. It’s the best advice available on getting rid of addiction to pornography. So many things will become clearer to you and it will be much easier to break the relapse cycle when you understand the lessons in the book.
We really don’t have to keep relapsing. We can stop this torture for good and live better and happier lives. Read this book like your life depends on it. Take notes and study it like you would for an exam. When you understand it fully, you will find it easy to never relapse again.
