To answer your question, yes this not only about NOFAP but also building good habit! the only way you can beat the old bad habits is by replacing with good one’s!
And this community is not only for men’s its for all genders! Our goal is to get out of this bad habit!

Yes @nofapstar123 is correct this community is for every gender. And yeah this is a NoFap community, feel free to ask about anything.
As you’re asking, it clearly shows that you maybe a girl and there’s a good news for you, that our community have few girls. So just relax and enjoy your journey, by the way what is your streak?
