Have you Ever felt pain that you knew would go away immediately if you relapsed?

My head hurts hard, my body feels really bad almost as if I can vomit anytime + it does not feel right. AND yet at the same time, i have this knowing that if i just relapse(PMO) the pain will immediately go away. Is this because of not doing PMO if it is this than this is even more reason to never go back to it.(PMO) PAINNN im confused and dont understand my body right now even shockingly my heart feels heavy i can compare it to crying for a long time then immediately stopping.
???what is this???

Let me assure you that it will only go away for like 3 seconds and then guilt comes rushing in… You may just be sick dawg… I’ve felt like throwing up AFTER a relapse so I’d advise you just power through it and trust me you’ll be thankful!!

It happens when we withdraw from our addiction.
Your body is just reacting to that withdrawal. Let it react, but you should not.

Lemme give you an example -
When a smoker quits smoking, the person gets severe coughing for 2 weeks straight. That’s the way of lungs to clean itself when you stopped smoking.

Your body is cleaning itself out now, so be patient now. You had your way with your body till now, let it have its way now.

These are called withdrawal symptoms. I’ve had them too. These happen to me now as I start to study. That’s the level of study phobia which has gotten into me. It will get better little by little.
May I know how old are you? And what you do?

It’s the pain of healing. It’s the pain and pressure a rock feels before transforming into a diamond. There is true satisfaction and happiness at the other end of the tunnel.

If u relapse, your pain will not go away. It will transform into a pain of regret, self pity, guilt, hatred, lost hope etc.

You need to survive this pain. But you don’t need to suffer. Be happy. You are transforming. You are healing. Your life will become a dream fulfilled. Do not think about this pain as bad.

Do not suffer. Because pain is inevitable, but suffering is a choice.

Take a pain killer, and rest. Go see a doctor if you need to.

Same was my condition two days ago. I didn’t pmo. I had headache for two days consecutively. I also felt like if I pmo it will fade away. I’m not kidding its true. But now seems its fading away without pmoing.
