Half efforts to overcome addiction will not work, because you are not fully committed and you will be stuck in a cycle for ever. In order to overcome this addiction you must give it everything you have got to help you overcome this addiction completely, you must remain fully committed at all costs to really overcome this addiction in the future, it just takes time and practice and with time you will figure out what you need to do to overcome this addiction completely.
