Hello everyone, I would like to participate in this Challenge/Academy to make my good habits a permanent lifestyle.
After completing a month of NoFap I’m not much satisfied as I was not that consistent in following good habits I started.
Somebody please tell me abt wht & how to participate here shortly🙂…
