I am still nerfed because of that I get tired easily now after using my tool for 1 hours only still miss old days although I still can push and pass my limits but still canβt go for more than 2-3 hours!
I remember before I couldnβt even run 5 minutes straight cause I was fapping daily without exercising for 5 years now. Now I can run 30 minutes straight at a reasonable speed but still not get that tired but with the same level of fapping

The thing is, those who live normally and improve even though they are fapping are those with the highest potential. Their potential is so high that fapping reduces their life force and makes equivalent to average or slightly less or more. So imagine what would happen if we remain clean for a long time!

I remember a year ago I canβt even walk properly even my posture was that bad that everyone used to point that out! But now I improved myself a little I can run now at a reasonable speed my posture is fixed I can hold a plank for maximum 2 minutes but still there are much to improve yet! I can only do 5 push while shaking like I am dying.

You will be able to do more (normal push ups only, try to avoid starters like knee pushups, wall push ups etc..)

Yes, itβs true practice makes anything possible. When I started exercising, I could barely do 1-2 push ups in one set but with practice, my record is now 40 push ups in one set so, you can do it too!
I myself was like this few days ago, I was never able to do pushups , once I get down I couldnβt get up mainly because of my weight ig, but now I am able to do 10 pushups (with few seconds break in between, max. 3 push ups in a row) . So do those shaky pushups for 1 set , and then do inclined pushups for 2-3 sets , atleast 13-15 reps each set(make sure the inclination is kinda low so that you can feel the pressure on your body , slightly lower inclination than your comfortable range), even doing this 2-3 times a week will help you a lot , and you will be able to do controlled push ups within a month , telling you from experience.
