Is gre a common exam for all. I mean a person pursuing mba and mtech write the same paper ?

No no, actual GRE is for masters programs like M.Tech. it can also be used for business related courses like MBA
But GMAT is usually preferred for B. Schools for MBA etc.
So you gotta give GRE, and IELTS, get into a university with minimal fees and u can manage your expenses.
Most prestigious colleges in Switzerland have minimal fees like EPFL. Also Paris has colleges with minimal fees like sorbone.
I have visited Kerala , Tamil Nadu , Karnataka and Andra Pradesh in South India. From that Iāll tell you.
Kerala - Kerala is like Jack of all trades. Not the best but you get everything you want. Munnar , Vagamon , Mannumel are good tourists spots. Waynad , Kuttanad for nature beauty.
Kochi for high rise buildings and coastal areas.
Tamil Nadu - If you are interested in Photography. Tamil nadu is one of the best places. Ooty , Kodaikanal are famous tourists spots. Chennai is well developed city there ( PlanRed can assist u more )
Karnataka and Andra - Same like Tamil nadu but more religiously inclined. Roads are much wider. Dont remember good spots there. Malpe beach is a good pick.
