Goals from A Cocoon to Butterfly

I have already created a diary where I share my feelings, my experiences, my urges and everything that I feel to share with all my friends here on this app.
This diary is direct to the point. It’s made just to list down my goals and achieve them.

Weekly Goals

(23rd August to 30th)
  • Completing a single reading of Pol.
  • Complete 7 days Kegel’s (3 times a day)
  • Reducing phone usage gradually and limiting down to 5hrs a day.
  • Reading atleast a single self help book
  • Conscious drinking of water (min 4litres a day)
