I am doing this no fap thing again. Its going very good. I haven’t masturbated or watched porn for 4,5 days now. But I did have sex today. In my mind sex =/ nofap. For me having sex and ejaculating is acceptable for men because its real, especially if its with someone you love. So when ill have sex i wont reset the timer, because the timer for me represents how long i haven’t masturbated to porn, or just masturbated, not how long i didnt ejaculate.
What do you guys think? Am I making sense?

I think, that I would like to get rid of the unnatural behavior of watching porn. because that is what’s destroying our life.
For me personally it also depends. I think going to a brothel would feel like cheating. But especially sex with someone you love is perfectly fine
