I was tired of constantly masturbating, losing my mind, losing my spirit and even feeling guilty.

Look, unless you keep yourself busy in some productive works it’s always gonna be super hard.

  1. Sleep early.

  2. Don’t put yourself alone. Either keep doing a work or keep studying. when free, talk to someone, go for a walk, excersise. Just keep yourself occupied.

  3. Most importantly, write down your triggers. Ignore them.

  4. Control your mind. Keep your mind clean. Don’t let any sexual thought come to your mind.

  5. Search for a strong WHY… why you wanna stop PMO. if that’s not strong enough, you’ll fail everytime. That WHY should be stronger than your urges.
